Studio Log Entry:Behind the Brand: Issue 3 of The Informed Entrefluencer MagazineWelcome back inside the studio. Issue 3 represents another meaningful step forward - not just in production quality, but in clarity of mission. This issue continues our focus on practical strategy, real-world insight, and thought leadership for founders, professionals, and advisors who are building influence with intention. This edition also features a special contribution from Glen Cooper, whose article brings a fresh perspective and reinforces the caliber of voices we're committed to showing inside TIE. From the Creator's Desk (John's Reflection)If Issue 2 was about momentum, Issue 3 was about refinement. At the time of writing this, I'm seeing clearer alignment between the magazine, the podcast, and the broader Entrefluencer platform. The workflows are tighter, the messaging is sharper, and the vision is becoming easier to articulate - both for readers and for potential collaborators. There's still plenty happening behind the scenes (and plenty more to improve), but this issue feels like a quiet milestone. Less scrambling. More intention. Better conversations. That alone feels like progress. What to Expect in This BTS Newsletter

What I'd Improve:
Each issue continues to validate something important: systems reduce stress, but consistency builds confidence. Featured Contributor SpotlightGlen CooperOne of the highlights of Issue 3 is an article by Glen Cooper, whose insights align perfectly with the mission of The Informed Entrefluencer - practical thinking, strategic clarity, and experience-driven perspective. Featuring contributors like Glen is part of a long-term goal: to turn TIE into a trusted platform where smart operators and advisors share ideas that actually hold up in the real world. More of that to come. Podcast | Production LogThe Entrefluential Life Podcast continues to evolve alongside the magazine. The strategy remains simple:
As always, the podcast and magazine inform each other - topics tested in conversation often become written features, and articles spark deeper audio discussions. Creator ToolkitWhat Powered This Issue
The goal isn't fancy tools - it's repeatable output. Team & Collaboration NotesEvery issue reinforces how valuable collaboration really is - whether that's podcast partners, contributors, designers, or simply peers offering feedback. TIE isn't built in isolation, and it's better because of that. DIY Insight | Copy This ProcessBorrow This: Create one "anchor asset" per quarter (a magazine issue, workshop, or flagship guide), then let everything else orbit around it - emails, podcasts, short-form content, collaborations. Less chaos. More leverage. What's Next?Coming in Issue 4: A deeper look at visibility, credibility, and how modern entrepreneurs turn experience into authority - witthout pretending to be somethiing they're not. If you'd like to contribute, be featured, or collaborate on a future issue, I'd love to hear from you. Submit your questions or apply to appear as a guest. Until next time - Keep building. Keep refining. Keep amplifying your message. Yours in success, John Publisher, The Informed Entrefluencer P.S. If you're serious about building a business that thrives beyond you, let's connect. Building a business is difficult, especially when trying to balance a healthy home and work life. Most small business owners are feeling the weight of the daily grind, and many new business owners fail within the first five years. Very few small business owners discover on their own how to go from working "in the biz" to working "on the biz" to working "above the biz," and while the internet is loaded with tons of content, it's easy to get lost in analysis paralysis, so it's no wonder why the failure rate is so high. This leads to mental and physical fatigue and eventually burnout. That's why we decided to combat this issue using a holistic approach using what we call our morning 3M routine: meditation, mindset, and movement. We find that starting your day right makes all the difference! It looks like this: wake up, turn on your favorite meditation background music (we like the Solfeggio frequencies by Inner Lotus Music on YouTube). Open your journal and track what's happening in your life. Read a daily spiritual message (we like Today's Turning Point by Dr. David Jeremiah email subscription) and reflect on how to apply the scripture (uplifting message) to your life. Next, write down a positive affirmation to get your mindset right. When we are thinking positive, we get positive back from the environment (the law of attraction). Finally, start exercising! I recently watched a video where the speaker said if you exercise 30 minutes a day, it adds up to 2.5 hours a week, or 10 hours a month - that's a lot of fitness! The results will catch up to you in such a positive way that your future self will be thanking you forever! Applying the 3M system to your morning routine is just the beginning of making productive changes from the inside out. At The Entrefluential Life, my son Sebastian and I (John) provide personal (physical, mental, and spiritual wellness tips) and professional development training for entrepreneurs and influencers who want to make a positive impact in the world. We do this by sharing lots of good stuff with you (that we are using ourselves, btw) in our quarterly newsletters, weekly blogs and training videos, and daily social media posts.
